Areas of support

Start with what is getting in the way.

BloomHart provides psychiatric assessment and ongoing telehealth care for people ages 12 and older. Every recommendation begins with an individual evaluation, not a label.

Conditions we treat

Care for concerns that affect daily life.

We may be able to help with the conditions below. Clinical fit, services, and treatment recommendations are determined individually.

Depression

Low mood, loss of interest, irritability, or emotional changes that are affecting daily life.

Anxiety disorders

Persistent worry, panic symptoms, social anxiety, or stress that feels difficult to manage.

PTSD

Post-traumatic stress symptoms and trauma-related concerns, assessed with attention to the right level of care.

Psychotic disorders

Evaluation and ongoing care when telehealth outpatient treatment is clinically appropriate and safe.

OCD

Obsessive-compulsive symptoms that are causing distress or interfering with routines and relationships.

Bipolar disorder

Mood symptoms and treatment needs that benefit from careful evaluation and ongoing monitoring.

ADHD

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity symptoms involving focus, organization, follow-through, or impulsivity.

ODD

Oppositional defiant concerns, considered alongside development, family context, and needed supports.

DMDD

Disruptive mood dysregulation concerns, evaluated with caregivers and other supports when appropriate.

The right level of care matters

Some needs call for a different setting.

BloomHart is not an emergency, crisis, or intensive treatment service. If someone may be at immediate risk of harm, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.

When a concern is outside the practice's scope, we will aim to identify a more appropriate resource or level of care.
