For telehealth, the patient must be physically located in a state where the provider is authorized and where BloomHart's private-practice operations are available at the time of the visit.

The practice's existing clinical footprint includes Iowa, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. The final public availability list, appointment capacity, and service scope must be confirmed before launch.

Patients should share their physical location through the approved secure process before care begins and at each telehealth appointment. Do not send location or health details through a general website form.
