What this site does and does not collect.
This site is not a patient portal and should not be used to send health information. BloomHart will not use website forms for protected health information until an approved secure workflow is active.
Before launch, tracking, analytics, embedded tools, cookies, and any vendor that could receive health-related data must be reviewed and configured appropriately. A final website privacy notice and Notice of Privacy Practices must be published with the required practice details.
Accessibility
A site more people can use.
BloomHart aims to support keyboard navigation, meaningful alternative text, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and clear language. We will continue testing against applicable accessibility expectations, including WCAG 2.2 AA as a practical benchmark.
