Confirm the patient's age, physical location during telehealth, needs, and whether routine outpatient telehealth is appropriate.

Review fees and expectations
Receive the current self-pay fee schedule, financial policy, cancellation terms, and a Good Faith Estimate when required or requested.

Use the approved secure path
Complete registration, consents, payment, and health history only through the practice's approved secure system.

Meet with your provider
The initial visit is an evaluation: a chance to understand the concern, discuss options, and decide on an appropriate plan.
